RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At GRUMPY Bait Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a bait that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To qualify, customers must return the product and include a brief description of the issue. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Once the item is received and reviewed, we’ll process the refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
Please note: We do not accept returns for baits that have been used, or for issues related to normal wear and tear.
